I had my first PT session/evaluation today. I like the lady a lot, she specializes in scoliosis but thinks most of my issues are from the Unmoving Muscle Spasm that is my left shoulder. She wants to see me a couple times a week for a month and see where we are.

Woke up in pain Sunday morning. Both shoulders/collarbones hurt like a bitch. The left (Home of the Permanent Muscle Spasm) eased out but the right stayed bad and then got worse.
